We’re passionate about creating solutions that help Project Managers and project teams amaze stakeholders and increase effectiveness and overall project success.
As more organizations recognize the importance of successful project delivery, the role of the Project Manager continues to grow in importance across industries. PMs need to control, track and report on the daily flow of information to support the project plan and schedule. As an experienced leader of project teams and processes across industries, I have first-hand knowledge of what it takes for Project Managers, Project Management Consultants, and PMO leaders to successfully deliver on project and business objectives. In my experience, many organizations and PMs are challenged with collecting and managing all the planned and unplanned project work information from their team members and keeping it organized, accurate, and up to date, without using manual processes, spreadsheets, or paper notebooks. Management also puts a great deal of pressure on the PMs to provide a regular project status update that may take hours to produce.
Traxidy helps empower Project Managers and Project Leaders with an intuitive project workspace so that they can better track and optimize performance and management of key project areas of project work that support the project plan and schedule. PMs can move beyond spreadsheets, documents, and notebooks, with automated RAID logs and Action logs, centralized information, tailored real-time status reports, and collaboration tools to easily manage project performance. It’s built to save time and quickly meet the project team and stakeholder requirements. We’re helping Project Managers to be more effective, easily communicate, and more successful.
I truly value the opportunity to engage and make an impact with non-project managers, Project Managers, Leaders, Consultants, and PMO leaders with a range of experience, from those who are just getting started to those who have been managing projects for some time and are more experienced.
As an entrepreneur, I’m constantly juggling different aspects of the business. It’s always hard to find extra time; however, I try to make it a priority to spend time enhancing my network not only with colleagues, peers, and Project Leaders but also with other entrepreneurs. I find taking the time to meet with people over coffee, virtual meetings, and events is always invaluable and provide a great source of support and inspiration.
For anyone looking to get started with their own business, the key tips to getting started include developing a clear strategy and knowing why you are doing what you are doing and how you are going to stand out. Listening to prospective customers and gathering constructive feedback on your product or service and acting on it. Finding the right people. Remember that “business” is just a word. It’s really individual people working together to serve your customers.
Believe in yourself and celebrate the small victories and key achievements along the way.
